There is a problem with tape FA9585. You should disable the tape to unblock the system while you investigate. See my other reply: Help understanding what is happening on archive - #6 by mdavis
The CTA Tape Alerting System will detect this kind of problem and disable the tape automatically so the system doesn’t get snarled like you are seeing.
