Starting cleaner after crash

Hi,

Can you please explain the meaning of the following cta-taped log message

This is after cta-taped tried to mount a tape and it failed…even after a couple of rounds of restarts. Why this is happening?

I need some extra information to understand what might be happening.

What happens after those log lines? Why does the cleaner session fail? A timeout while it waits for the drive to be “ready“? Any other exception? There should be some extra log lines containing this information.

When you say `even after a couple of restarts` do you mean the drive process restarting after failing the cleaner session? Or killing the main taped process?
